Only the Event Organizer can provide official information about an event's date, venue, program, performers, age restrictions, house rules, seating or entry rules.
For such questions, please visit the event's official website, Facebook page, or the Event Organizer's own contact details.
If you are a registered user, you can re-download your tickets from the "My tickets" menu after logging in. If you mistyped your email address, you may not receive an email, and the ticket may not appear in your profile either. In this case, write to us at [email protected].
After payment, you are automatically redirected to your profile, where you can download your ticket and invoice. You can also access your tickets later in your profile, under "My tickets": https://oneticket.hu/user_profile

Yes, registration is required to make a purchase. Registration helps you access your tickets and invoices more quickly later, and lets you re-download them anytime from the "My tickets" menu.
On the login page, click the "Forgot password" button. You can set a new password for your account via the email you receive.
The number of tickets you can add to your cart at once can vary by event. A common setting is a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction. If you want to buy more, you can do so in a separate transaction.
You can buy tickets for one event at a time. If you want tickets for several different events, you'll need to purchase them in separate transactions.
OneTicket offers online card payment. The payment process is handled by a contracted financial service provider. Accepted card types include MasterCard, Maestro and Visa, among others.
Online card purchases often need to be confirmed via 3D Secure or a strong customer authentication process. This is typically done via SMS, a banking app, or another bank verification method.
During the payment process, follow the instructions shown by your bank. This may be an SMS code, a mobile banking alert, or another approval step. For help, see our 3D authentication guide: https://oneticket.hu/customer_auth
A payment is considered successful once both the bank verification and the payment transaction are complete. After a successful purchase, you'll typically receive several emails: a payment confirmation, an invoice, and OneTicket's ticket notification.
Try the purchase again, and check that you entered all details correctly. Common causes include incorrect card details, exceeding your daily limit, insufficient funds, an incorrectly entered 3D Secure code, or a blocked or expired card.
If the bank verification process is not completed successfully, the purchase does not go through. The bank may temporarily hold the amount, but such an amount does not reach OneTicket, and will typically be released later according to the bank's own rules.
No, purchasing tickets by bank transfer or cash on delivery is not possible.
SZÉP Card payment is not currently available for online purchases. At some ticket outlets, payment with an OTP or K&H SZÉP Card may be possible. You can check exact availability here: https://oneticket.hu/ertekesitesi-pontok

No. Ticket reservations, and purchases by phone or email, are not available. Tickets can only be purchased through OneTicket's online purchasing system.
Returning a ticket or exchanging it for a different date is only possible based on the Event Organizer's instruction, or if the event is cancelled. Decisions related to the event are always made by the Event Organizer.
If VIP or higher-priced tickets are still available for the event, an exchange may be possible in certain cases. In this case, purchase the new ticket and then let us know by email. The refund for the previous ticket's price will depend on the applicable conditions and the organizer's decision.
For a refund, the credit is primarily made to the original payment method. For card purchases, this is typically credited to the bank account linked to the card used for payment. Processing time can also depend on banking procedures.
In this case, you may receive a notification from the payment provider that the refund cannot be completed. Please forward that message to [email protected] and provide your bank account number. Important: send your bank account number, not your new card number. The administrative fee set out in our General Terms and Conditions may apply to manual bank transfers.
If an automatic refund fails, manual processing may take longer. Once the necessary details are received and processed, the refund can be completed via bank transfer.
Refunds for tickets purchased at a physical outlet can be made to a bank account, provided the Event Organizer instructs this and the necessary invoice or document is submitted. In this case, please write to [email protected].
Only the Event Organizer can provide official information about the event — such as date, venue, program, performers, age restrictions, house rules, entry rules or seating. For such questions, please always check the event's official Facebook page, website, or the Event Organizer's own contact details.
OneTicket provides the ticketing system — it is not the event organizer. Therefore, we do not always have up-to-date information about the event's content, program, performers, venue or entry rules.
If you can't find this information on the ticket purchase page or in the event description, please check the event's official Facebook page, website, or the Event Organizer's own contact details.
The previous rules regarding immunity certificates are no longer generally applicable. It's always worth checking the current entry requirements on the event's official page or in information provided by the Event Organizer.
A handling fee and a system usage fee may be charged on top of the ticket price. These fees are shown in your cart before you finalize the purchase.
The handling fee may be set by the Event Organizer on top of the ticket price. The handling fee is revenue for the Event Organizer.
The system usage fee is the price of OneTicket's online ticketing service. This service includes, among other things, operating the online ticketing platform, the technical processing of payment, and creating and delivering the electronic ticket.
The invoice is issued to the name and address you provided at the time of purchase. If the invoice contains incorrect details, please write to [email protected] as soon as possible and send us the incorrect invoice along with your new billing details.
