General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the online ticketing platform operated by OneTicket.hu Kft. (the "Provider" or "OneTicket").

These Terms apply to the use of the services available on the website www.oneticket.hu, as well as on all related online interfaces operated by OneTicket.

By using the Website, creating a user account, or purchasing a ticket, the User confirms that they have read and understood the provisions of these Terms and accept them as binding.

The Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms. The amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the Website, and apply to services used after the amendment.

The Privacy Notice published on the Website forms an integral part of these Terms.

OneTicket.hu Kft., which operates an online ticketing platform and provides electronic ticket sales services to Event Organizers.

The website www.oneticket.hu, together with all of its related online interfaces and services.

Any natural or legal person who visits the Website or uses its services.

A User who purchases a ticket or other product through the Website.

The natural or legal person who organizes and holds the Event, determines its conditions, and engages OneTicket to sell tickets for it.

Any cultural, musical, sporting, leisure, or other event for which a ticket can be purchased through the Website.

An electronic or paper-based ticket entitling the holder to enter a specified Event.

The purchase price payable for the ticket, as determined by the Event Organizer.

A fee determined by the Event Organizer, charged on top of the ticket price, which constitutes revenue for the Event Organizer. Only the Event Organizer is entitled to determine the amount of the handling fee, the conditions for applying it, and any refund thereof.

The consideration for the online ticketing service provided by OneTicket, which includes in particular the provision and operation of the online ticketing platform, the technical processing of the payment transaction, the creation and delivery of the electronic ticket, and related administrative and customer support services. The system usage fee constitutes revenue for OneTicket.

OneTicket operates an online ticketing platform through which it provides Event Organizers with electronic ticketing infrastructure and related services, and enables Buyers to securely purchase tickets online.

OneTicket's service includes, in particular, the following activities:

OneTicket is not an Event Organizer; it does not organize Events, does not participate in holding them, and does not determine their content, program, venue or date, nor is it entitled to modify or cancel them.

The organization, staging, promotion, modification, postponement, or cancellation of the Event, and all decisions relating to the Event, are the sole right and responsibility of the Event Organizer.

Publishing and keeping up to date all information relating to the Event — including, in particular, the program, date, venue, performers, participation conditions, house rules, and information regarding any modification or cancellation of the Event — is the sole obligation and responsibility of the Event Organizer.

The service relationship relating to attendance at the Event arises directly between the Buyer and the Event Organizer.

OneTicket is responsible only for performing the online ticketing service defined in these Terms.

OneTicket provides an online ticketing service that is separate from the Event itself.

OneTicket's service is deemed performed upon the successful completion of the ticket purchase.

The service is considered performed when the payment transaction has been successfully completed, the electronic ticket has been created, and OneTicket has made it electronically available to the Buyer.

The service provided by OneTicket is independent of the Event's later occurrence, modification, postponement, or cancellation.

The system usage fee is the consideration for the online ticketing service performed by OneTicket. Since the service is deemed performed upon successful completion of the ticket purchase, the system usage fee is non-refundable once the service has been performed.

The system usage fee is not part of the ticket price and is not part of any handling fee set by the Event Organizer.

In the event the Event is cancelled, modified, or otherwise fails to take place, only the Event Organizer is entitled to decide, according to its own terms, on the refund of the ticket price and any handling fee charged.

Tickets for Events published on the Website may only be purchased electronically.

The Buyer must provide accurate information required for the purchase, and check its correctness before finalizing the order.

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. OneTicket is not liable for damage arising from incorrect or incomplete information, or for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.

By finalizing the order, the Buyer confirms that they have checked and accepted the selected Event, the number and type of tickets, any applicable seating or section, and the fees payable.

By clicking the "Pay," "Finalize order," or similarly worded button, the Buyer assumes a payment obligation.

Following a successful payment transaction, OneTicket issues an electronic ticket, which it delivers to the Buyer electronically.

The price of tickets may only be paid using the payment methods available on the Website.

Payment transactions are processed by OneTicket's contracted financial service provider.

OneTicket does not have access to, and does not store or process, bank card details or other payment data.

If the payment transaction fails for any reason, the purchase does not take place.

Following successful payment, OneTicket issues an electronic ticket, which it sends to the email address provided by the Buyer and, where possible, also makes available in the user account.

The fees payable during the purchase are always clearly displayed before the order is finalized.

The total amount payable may consist of the following fee items:

The ticket price is determined by the Event Organizer in every case.

The Event Organizer is entitled to set a handling fee on top of the ticket price.

The handling fee constitutes revenue for the Event Organizer.

Determining the amount of the handling fee, the conditions for its application, and any decision on its modification or refund, fall exclusively within the competence of the Event Organizer.

OneTicket acts solely as a technical intermediary in the collection and settlement of the handling fee.

The system usage fee is the consideration for the online ticketing service provided by OneTicket, payable to OneTicket under the independent service relationship established between OneTicket and the Buyer under these Terms.

The system usage fee is not part of the ticket price, is not part of any handling fee set by the Event Organizer, and does not constitute consideration for the Event.

The system usage fee covers, in particular, the consideration for the following services:

OneTicket's service is deemed performed upon successful completion of the ticket purchase.

By finalizing the order, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the online ticketing service provided by OneTicket is deemed performed upon successful completion of the payment transaction, and therefore the Buyer's obligation to pay the system usage fee remains in effect regardless of any later modification, postponement, cancellation, or failure of the Event.

The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that the system usage fee is consideration for an online ticketing service already performed by OneTicket, and therefore its amount is non-refundable once the service has been performed.

The system usage fee is not subject to refund even where the Event is later modified, postponed, cancelled, or otherwise fails to take place for any other reason.

If the Event Organizer decides to fully or partially refund the ticket price and/or the handling fee, the refund applies only to these fee items. The system usage fee, which constitutes consideration for the online ticketing service provided by OneTicket, does not form part of the refund.

Following a successful purchase, OneTicket issues an electronic ticket, which it delivers to the Buyer electronically.

The electronic ticket is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer, and — where the service allows — is also available in the Buyer's user account.

The Buyer must ensure that the email address provided during the purchase is correct, valid, and functional.

OneTicket is not liable for delivery failures caused by an incorrectly provided email address, a malfunction of the Buyer's email system, a delay by the email service provider, or any other technical cause outside OneTicket's control.

The electronic ticket has a unique identifier that authorizes entry only to the specified Event.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to keep the ticket secure and to protect it from unauthorized persons.

OneTicket is not liable for damage arising from the loss, unauthorized forwarding, unauthorized use, copying, or attempted multiple use of the ticket.

The Event Organizer is entitled to verify the validity of the ticket during entry, and to refuse entry with counterfeit, altered, or unlawfully used tickets.

Unless otherwise specified, a ticket entitles one person to a single entry.

Organizing and holding the Event, compiling its program, and determining its venue, date, and participation conditions are the sole task and responsibility of the Event Organizer.

The Event Organizer is entitled to modify the Event's date, venue, program, performers, cast, or other professional elements where justified.

The Event Organizer must keep all data, descriptions, prices, images, dates, and other information relating to the Event up to date on the management interface provided by OneTicket.

The Event Organizer is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, lawfulness, and timeliness of all information appearing on the Event's listing page.

OneTicket displays Event data solely based on information recorded by the Event Organizer; it does not verify the content of such information and assumes no liability for it.

Determining, publishing, and enforcing the Event's house rules, safety requirements, entry rules, participation conditions, age rating, and other requirements is the sole task of the Event Organizer.

The Event Organizer bears full responsibility for the lawfulness of all data, text, images, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, videos, and other content published in the OneTicket system, and for ensuring it has the appropriate rights to use them.

If a third party raises any claim, demand, or legal dispute regarding content published on the Event's listing page, the Event Organizer alone is responsible, and must fully indemnify OneTicket against all resulting damages, costs, fines, claims, and other demands.

The Event Organizer is entitled to change the Event's date, venue, program, performers, cast, or other circumstances, or to postpone or cancel the Event.

The Event Organizer must promptly record and publish all changes relating to the Event on the management interface provided by OneTicket.

Keeping the Event's data up to date, publishing any changes, and properly and timely informing Buyers, is in every case the sole obligation and responsibility of the Event Organizer.

OneTicket displays Event data solely based on information provided by the Event Organizer; it does not verify the content of such information and assumes no liability for its accuracy, completeness, or lawfulness.

The Event Organizer is entitled to request that OneTicket send Buyers an electronic notification about the modification, postponement, or cancellation of the Event.

OneTicket sends such electronic notifications only at the Event Organizer's express request, and based on the information provided by the Event Organizer.

The Event Organizer is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and lawfulness of the electronic notification.

OneTicket only performs the technical transmission of the electronic notification, and is not required to verify, modify, or approve its content.

If the Event Organizer fails to comply with, or is late in fulfilling, its obligation to inform Buyers of a modification, postponement, or cancellation of the Event, the Event Organizer alone is liable for all resulting damages, costs, fines, claims, and other legal consequences.

All obligations, legal consequences, and liability arising from the modification, postponement, or cancellation of the Event rest with the Event Organizer.

OneTicket is not required to verify the accuracy, lawfulness, or correctness of information provided by the Event Organizer, and assumes no liability for any resulting damages, claims, or disputes.

Only the Event Organizer is entitled to decide on the refund of the ticket price and any handling fee charged.

The Event Organizer determines the conditions, method, amount, deadline, and eligible cases for a refund.

OneTicket is entitled to assist with refunding the ticket price or handling fee solely on the basis of the Event Organizer's express instruction or mandate.

In the refund process, OneTicket acts solely as a technical and administrative intermediary and does not make an independent decision regarding the refund.

The Event Organizer must ensure that the refund information provided to OneTicket is complete, accurate, and lawful.

OneTicket is not required to examine the lawfulness or merits of the Event Organizer's refund decision.

OneTicket is not liable for a refund ordered or refused by the Event Organizer, or for its amount, legal basis, deadline, or other conditions.

If the Event Organizer decides on a full or partial refund of the ticket price and/or handling fee, OneTicket will primarily carry out the refund using the same payment method as the original payment transaction.

If a refund via the original payment method cannot be completed for a reason within the Buyer's sphere — in particular, the closure of the bank account or card used for payment, or the invalidity of other payment details provided by the Buyer — OneTicket may complete the refund by bank transfer to a bank account number provided in writing by the Buyer.

The online ticketing service provided by OneTicket is deemed performed upon successful completion of the ticket purchase.

The system usage fee is consideration for a service performed by OneTicket, and is therefore not part of any refund, and is not refundable even where the Event is modified, postponed, cancelled, or otherwise fails to take place for any reason.

The Buyer acknowledges that the legal relationship regarding the system usage fee exists between the Buyer and OneTicket, whereas the legal relationship regarding the purchase of the ticket exists between the Buyer and the Event Organizer.

The Buyer is entitled to abandon the purchase process until the order is finalized.

The contract for the purchase of the ticket comes into existence upon successful completion of the payment transaction.

The Buyer acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 29(1)(l) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), they are not entitled to a right of withdrawal or termination without justification in the case of a contract for a leisure service linked to a specific date or specific period.

Accordingly, once tickets have been purchased, the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the purchase, unless permitted by law or by the Event Organizer's individual decision.

This clause does not affect any other consumer rights afforded to the Buyer by law.

OneTicket is liable only for the proper functioning of the online ticketing service it provides.

OneTicket is not liable for the organization, staging, quality, program, date, or venue of the Event, for changes in the identity of performers, or for any service provided by the Event Organizer.

OneTicket assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or lawfulness of information published by the Event Organizer.

OneTicket is not liable for damage arising from a fault or outage in an internet service, electronic communications service, banking service, payment provider, email system, or other service outside OneTicket's operational control.

OneTicket's liability does not extend to damage arising from information incorrectly provided by the Buyer.

OneTicket is not liable for problems arising from a fault in the Buyer's electronic device, internet connection, or software environment.

OneTicket is also not liable for damage resulting from a force majeure event or other unavoidable external cause.

OneTicket's liability for damages exists only to the fullest extent permitted by Hungarian law.

OneTicket's customer support provides information only on matters relating to the operation of the Website, the ticket-purchasing process, the payment transaction, the issuance and delivery of electronic tickets, and the online ticketing service provided by OneTicket.

Only the Event Organizer is entitled to provide information on matters relating to the organization, staging, program, venue, and date of the Event, entry, house rules, participation conditions, modification, postponement, or cancellation of the Event, and refunds of the ticket price or handling fee.

OneTicket is entitled to forward inquiries mistakenly sent to it to the Event Organizer, but is not obliged to respond to them on the merits.

The Event Organizer must provide Buyers with appropriate means of contact, and must ensure that inquiries relating to the Event are answered within a reasonable time.

OneTicket's customer support contact details are available on the Contact page.

The Buyer may submit a complaint regarding the online ticketing service provided by OneTicket using the customer support contact details published on the Website.

Where possible, the complaint should include the Buyer's name, contact details, the information needed to identify the order, and a detailed description of the complaint.

OneTicket investigates complaints it receives in accordance with applicable law, and responds within the statutory deadline.

Only the Event Organizer is entitled to investigate and respond to complaints relating to the organization, staging, quality, program, venue, or date of the Event, to entry, or to services provided by the Event Organizer.

Where OneTicket receives a complaint that the Event Organizer is responsible for investigating, it is entitled to forward the complaint to the Event Organizer and to inform the Buyer accordingly.

OneTicket processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law from time to time, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), and applicable Hungarian legislation.

Detailed rules on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Notice published on the Website.

By accepting these Terms, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed the Privacy Notice.

All content appearing on the Website — including, in particular, software, databases, texts, images, graphic elements, logos, icons, trademarks, videos, and other content — is the intellectual property of OneTicket or the relevant rights holder, and is protected by copyright, trademark, or other legal protection.

Any copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, communication to the public, or other use of the Website's content may only take place with the rights holder's prior written consent.

With respect to content uploaded by the Event Organizer, the Event Organizer warrants that it holds the appropriate rights to use such content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed, in particular, by Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services, Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the Detailed Rules of Contracts between Consumers and Businesses, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The parties will primarily attempt to resolve any disputes between them amicably.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties will submit to the proceedings of the Hungarian court with jurisdiction and competence.

These General Terms and Conditions take effect on the date of their publication on the Website, and remain in effect until withdrawn or amended.

OneTicket is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms. The amended Terms take effect upon publication on the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms were prepared in Hungarian, and their interpretation and application are governed by Hungarian law.

The provisions of these Terms apply solely to the online ticketing services provided by OneTicket.hu Kft.

All rights and obligations relating to the organization, staging, program, venue, date, and participation conditions of the Event, and to its modification, postponement, cancellation, and the use of tickets, rest with the Event Organizer.

If the Event Organizer applies its own General Terms and Conditions, house rules, or other participation rules, it is the Buyer's obligation to review and comply with them.

Where there is a discrepancy between these Terms and rules published by the Event Organizer, these Terms govern the online ticketing service provided by OneTicket, while the Event Organizer's own rules govern matters relating to the staging of the Event.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the applicable Hungarian legislation in force from time to time.

These Terms were prepared in Hungarian. In the event of any discrepancy with a translated version, the Hungarian-language text prevails.

These General Terms and Conditions take effect on the date of their publication on the Website, and remain in effect until withdrawn, or until the publication of an amendment.

OneTicket is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms. The amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the Website.

By using the Website, and by finalizing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions, and recognize them as binding.
